Before teaching yoga, Patti taught ESL for 27 years to foreign-born students ranging from child to adult in the public and private sectors, and she loved it! When a yoga teacher suggested that she take the RYT 200 hour yoga teacher training, she thought, MAYBE? Then, other instructors suggested it, and she decided YES! Patti is so glad she did, and forever grateful for the encouragement and learning that brought her to instructor level. “Yoga is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I am on a lifelong journey to learn more so that I can grow and share more of this gift called yoga. Whoever you are, yoga is for you if you want it."
Patti resides in Fort Myers with her husband John and their 4 legged pet/children Shyla and Sofia. She loves animals, nature and being outdoors.
Every path I have ventured onto with an open heart has indeed led me to yoga. I have practiced yoga asana (postures) for nearly 20 years. More consistently the last five years as a spiritual roots and emotional benefits continue to take hold and transform me. Yoga for me has become much more than a superficial sculptor, it has given me peace. This manifestation of peace allows me to see everything in a new light ,through new eyes. With this I have more compassion for others, and especially for myself. For me Yoga has become a direct path to a purpose filled with passion, empathy and love.I work as a physical therapy assistant which gives me a firm foundation for alignment instruction and safety with movement .One part of my profession I have always loved is educating others ,a passion which folds into the fabric of yoga education.
In the past I have lived life as if it were a battle to be conquered, treating my body and heart as a prisoner. As the yoga path unfolds for me I am learning to treat myself with integrity and respect. The more I study the philosophies and principles of yoga the deeper carries me on the pathway to compassion . I embarked on yoga teacher training not only to deep in my own practice but in the hopes of bringing the gifts I have begun to experience to those, like me , have wandered off the beaten path. We all have our own journey but I believe to the depths of my spirit that the practice of yoga can help smooth the trail

My name is Kali Cage I'm 25 years old and have been teaching yoga at Dim Jandy since 2021. I grew up doing yoga with my mom who also teaches here. I love animals and being outside. I'm so happy to share both with the guests at the ranch.
Liz practiced yoga off and on for a number of years before it stuck. When she walked into a local studio and found like minded people who focused on yoga as more than just postures, it finally clicked. She finds focus on the breath and not taking yourself too seriously to be the most important parts of yoga. Liz completed RYT 200 at Yoga Bird in Fort Myers and began teaching at Dim Jandy in 2022. When she is not on the mat, Liz is currently a stay at home mom and former teacher.
Megan has had an interest in practicing yoga most of her life, but she became inspired to begin teaching it when she shifted from a career in language arts/ESL education to one in healthcare. As a union of the body, mind, and spirit, yoga serves as a bridge that connects her three prior degrees in philosophy, communication, and education with a focus on healing and wellness.
When she is not working at the hospital or practicing yoga, she is usually chasing after her seven children. In her spare time, she also loves reading, art, camping, spending time on the ocean, aerial silks, and hunting for fossils with her family along the Peace River.
Megan hopes for the opportunity to meet many more people through yoga and to share with them the clarity, peace, mindfulness, wellbeing, and authenticity that yoga has been a source of for thousands of years.
We bought this property in 2019 with a vision. Dim Jandy is an icon in our lives and it was fitting that we would later name our ranch after him. You will find him smiling brightly to greet you every time you arrive. He reminds us not to take life too serious.
